Not wishing to come over all sanctimonious like, but being an ex smoker (oooh! they're the worst!) I wished that I listened to all the warnings about smoking. So my effort for this Friday's topic is a warning to you all.

I don't know that ex-smokers are worst. I've never even considered smoking. Why would anyone like to smell so horrible? And that's just for starters...I've taken to muttering loudly about stupidity as I pass smokers , especially when I'm on my way to the Oncology Hospital...
