This was my submission for the Central Station recently held twEATs competition.They put out a call to artists, foodies and creatives to submit illustrated recipes to be featured in a proposed book/newspaper/publication encouraging people to cook with locally grown produce.
Unfortunately my entry wasn't picked as the winner, that accolade goes to Hilary Grant, another Dundee based illustrator (such a talented city!), so congrats & well done to Hilary!
The twEATs event itself is live, where Tim Maddam, Head Chef at River Cottage Axminster Canteen and Deli is going to be revealing a recipe, step by step on Twitter with people in their homes following the instructions of a yet to be revealed secret (vegetarian) recipe on the 16th of August as part of Glasgow's Harvest Festival.
