Would have had this posted earlier but stoopid me did not archive file & I lost all a/w along with a whole lot of other stuff - so the moral of the story is "BACK UP YOUR FILES REGULARLY".
Anyway here is my hastily put together entry for the word Hierarchy - following the animal theme cos animals seem to instinctively know who the boss is.
